AfterVolt ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

All products are made to order.

• Handling time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Transit time: 2 to 6 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 4 to 11 business days

Note: Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on product type and weight. Exact shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Standard UK shipping rates start from £3.99.

Order Tracking and Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasonal periods, courier delays, or UK bank holidays.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 11 business days, please contact us at info@aftervolt.co.uk with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged item or packaging.

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where required.
