Returns Policy
All of our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong item, or other customer ordering errors.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will make it right.
To report an issue, please contact us at info@sergiovestido.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.
Non-returnable items
All products sold by Sergio Vestido are printed on demand and made to order. For this reason, they are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item has been received.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Colour differences caused by screen settings
Minor placement variations in the print
Items sent back without contacting us first
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days.
However, this right does not usually apply to goods that are made to your specifications, personalised, customised, or produced on demand. As all of our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return or cancellation for change of mind once production has started.
This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
